Case Study Context
Section titled “Case Study Context”With the knowledge vault in place, GrowthPath now faces a bigger challenge: mountains of unstructured data trapped in various file formats.
Angus Chalmers has inherited a financial tracking spreadsheet that nobody understands, with the board meeting in three weeks. There are customer discovery call transcripts gathering dust, old pitch decks with valuable content buried in them, and handwritten whiteboard notes from strategy sessions that need to be digitised.
The document chaos has been tamed, but the data chaos is even worse.
What You’ll Accomplish
